How your bullying diary comes together

  1. Enter the incident

    You enter date, time, place, people involved, witnesses and exact words in a fixed form. If needed, you attach a photo, such as a screenshot of an email.

  2. Seal and PIN

    Every entry gets a timestamp seal when it is saved. All entries are behind your PIN on your device.

  3. Review and create the PDF

    With full-text search and filters by month, incident type and person, you can find every entry again. You give the PDF with the seal overview to the works council, labor union, HR department or a lawyer.

What belongs in a bullying diary

Individual incidents often seem harmless on their own. Only the sum shows the pattern. For an entry to be useful later, include:

You can also write this down on paper. Write on the same day and stick to the facts: what happened, who was there, what was said word for word. Facts carry further than outrage.

What the timestamp seal does

Every entry gets a SHA-256 seal with a timestamp when it is saved. If the entry is changed later, the seal shows it. That way it stays traceable in which order you recorded the incidents.

The PDF contains an overview of the seals. Anyone reading it can see for each incident when it was entered.

The PIN protects your entries in case someone else gets hold of your phone. The entries stay on your device, and you do not need an account.

Bullying diary on paper or in the app?

A notebook costs nothing and is enough if you keep it regularly. But it is rarely at hand right after something has happened, and anyone who finds it can read it.

You have the app with you. It sets the date and time itself, always asks for the same fields, sorts everything by date and gives every entry a seal.

Common questions about the bullying diary

What belongs in a bullying diary?

Date and time, place and situation, people involved and witnesses, what exactly happened, ideally in the exact words, the effect on you and references to evidence such as emails or screenshots. The app asks for these fields with every entry.

Why should I document bullying at all?

Bullying is repeated behavior over a longer period. That only becomes visible with dated entries over weeks. In Germany, employers have a duty of care and consideration (§ 241(2) of the Civil Code, BGB), and employees have a right to complain (§ 84 of the Works Constitution Act, BetrVG). Whether you complain, go to the works council or consider legal steps: a factual record is the basis. How you proceed depends on the individual case.

How does the PIN protect my entries?

The app only opens with your PIN. That keeps your entries safe from prying eyes when someone else uses your phone.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes, recording works offline. Your entries stay on your device, and you do not need an account.

Who is the PDF for?

For everyone you describe your case to: works council, labor union, HR department or a lawyer. The PDF bundles your incidents with a seal overview (one-time purchase).

What if the situation is making me sick?

Seek medical or psychological help. The app records incidents, it does not replace counseling or treatment.
